Baker House is a very distinctive building of historical interest. It has been tastefully modernised to house sixteen separate offices, many of which are available for rent. Most offices are single rooms, but a suite of three rooms is also available. Ample car parking space is available at the rear of the building.

The Rental fee includes lighting, heating, rates, cleaning, toilet facilities, furnishings, water, and ample car parking facilities. 

All occupants have access to a shared kitchen facility that opens up to an attractive roof-garden feature.
